Estate Planning & Advance Directives:
Our Estate Planning & Advance Directives practice provides clients with peace of mind through the implementation of an appropriate plan to facilitate their estate planning goals. Such a plan may include a variety of instruments such as: Last Will & Testament (including optional Guardianship, UTMA and/or Testamentary Trust provisions), Health Care Proxy, Durable Power of Attorney and Living Will. In addition, we counsel clients regarding non-probate planning opportunities such as all types of Revocable Living Trusts and most Irrevocable Trusts (including Third Party Supplemental Needs Trusts) and the titling of assets using Transfer on Death Registration (T.O.D.) or Real Property Deed Transfers involving Retained Life Estates.


Estate Administration
Our Estate Administration practice represents executors and administrators in the probate or intestate administration of decedent's estates before the Surrogate's Court. We provide comprehensive representation, handling all aspects of estate administration, including but not limited to, the filing of federal estate tax returns (Form 706) and New York state estate tax returns (Form ET-706) and the disposition of all estate assets including residential or commercial real property owned by the decedent.
