Giovanni L. Escobedo, Esq.
Giovanni L. Escobedo is a 2009 graduate from the Touro Law Center. He graduated from Saint John's University in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education. In 2009, Mr. Escobedo represented the Touro Law Center in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, where he assisted his mock trial team in reaching the semi-finals. Additionally, during the summer of 2008 he studied International Constitutional Law and Human Rights in the European Union at Potsdam University in Germany.
Mr. Escobedo is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State,
Nassau County, Queens County and American Bar Associations. Mr.
Escobedo's areas of practice include, but are not limited to, criminal defense, traffic violations, real estate transactions, wills, estate proceedings, child support and child custody proceedings, uncontested divorce, Family Court orders of protection, personal injury and civil litigation for plaintiff or
defendant in various civil matters.
